Hydraulic Lift/Support Cylinders, Liftgate

REMOVAL
1. Open and support liftgate with temporary support.
2. Using a small screwdriver, pry locking spring out of ball socket ends of luggage compartment door hydraulic lifts far enough to release socket from ball stud.
3. Remove luggage compartment door hydraulic lift.

INSTALLATION
1. Make sure locking spring is pressed in place on luggage compartment door hydraulic lift.
2. Install ball sockets of luggage compartment door hydraulic lift on ball stud. Push luggage compartment door hydraulic lift onto ball stud until it snaps into place.
