Throttle Cable/Linkage: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Disconnect the accelerator assembly from the throttle body.
1 Remove the clip from the accelerator bracket and remove the accelerator cable assembly.
2 Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle linkage.







2. Disconnect accelerator cable from the pedal.







3. Release the cable housing from the bulkhead and remove the cable assembly.

NOTE: Attach a feed line to the cable to aid assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. To install reverse the removal procedure.
