Fuel Injector: Description and Operation

The injectors are of the top feed type, mounted directly to the fuel rail. O- ring seals are fitted to the top and bottom of the injectors. The electronic injectors are activated sequentially by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) via individual electrical connectors.
