Right Side

Removal
1. Remove the generator and the generator mounting bracket.
2. Remove the three way catalytic converter.
3. Remove the right-hand halfshaft support bearing retainer bracket.
4. Remove the right-hand Heated Oxygen (HO2S) Sensor.
5. Raise and support the vehicle.





6. Remove the nuts and remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.





7. Remove the nuts in the sequence shown and remove the right-hand exhaust manifold and gasket.
- Remove and discard the gasket.

Installation

1. NOTE: Use a new exhaust manifold gasket.

NOTE: Tighten in the sequence shown.








To install, reverse the removal procedure.
