Removal and Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Position the power assisted steering fluid reservoir to one side.







3. Remove the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) electrical connector retaining bolt.







4. Remove the PCM.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the remove procedure.

CAUTION: Make sure that the electrical connector locates correctly in the PCM. Do not force or overtighten the electrical connector.
