Canister Vent Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank.







2. Disconnect the vapor tube from the fuel tank vent.







3. Disconnect the vapor tube from the fuel tank.







4. Remove fuel vapor vent valve assembly.

INSTALLATION







1. Replace the fuel vapor vent valve seal.
^ Lubricate the fuel vapor vent valve seal with ESE-M 99B 144-B surfactant (Merpol).
2. To install the fuel vapor vent valve, reverse the removal procedure.
