Brake Light Switch: Description and Operation

The Brake Pedal Position (BPP) switch:
^ Is an ON/OFF switch.
^ Is fitted underneath the instrument panel near the brake pedal mounting bracket.
^ Supplies a voltage from a fuse in the central junction box to the high mounted stop lamp and through the turn signal switch to the stop lamps.
