62. Install the ignition coils and tighten the bolts.





63. Install the fuel injectors and the fuel injection supply manifold as an assembly and tighten the studs.





64. Install the crash bracket and loosely install the bolt and the stud.





65. Install the water thermostat.





66. Install the water outlet adapter and loosely install the bolts.





67. Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown.





68. Tighten the stud.





69. Tighten the bolts.





70. Install the throttle body and tighten the bolts.





71. Install the transmission harness support bracket.
^ Position the bracket.
^ Install the nut and the bolt.





72. Connect the EGR tube to the EGR valve.
73. Position the fuel charging wiring at two locations at the back of the intake manifold.





74. Connect the electrical connector to the generator.





75. Connect the electrical connector to the:
^ Idle Air Control (IAC) valve
^ Throttle Position (TP) sensor





76. Install the generator mounting bracket:
^ Position the generator mounting bracket.
^ Install the bolts.





77. Connect the electrical connector to the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.





78. Connect the crankcase ventilation tube.





79. Position the vacuum harness and connect the vacuum lines for the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Valve, the main chassis line and the EGR valve.





80. Position the EGR tube heat shield and install the bolts.





81. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connectors to the eight fuel injectors.





82. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connectors to the eight ignition coils.





83. Connect the two differential pressure feedback EGR hoses.

Natural Gas Engines





84. Install the intake manifold.





85. Install the bolts and tighten in the sequence shown.





86. Install the water thermostat and a new O-ring.





87. Install the water outlet adapter and tighten the bolts.





88. Install the upper generator support bracket and tighten the bolts.





89. Install the eight ignition coils and tighten the bolts.





90. Connect the upper radiator hose to the water outlet adapter.





91. Connect the heater water hose to the intake manifold.





92. Install the fuel injectors and the fuel injection supply manifold as an assembly.





93. Install the four bolts.





94. Install the bolts in the isolation valve and tighten.





95. Connect the EGR tube to the EGR valve.





96. Connect the vacuum lines to the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.





97. Connect the vacuum lines to the throttle body adapter.





98. Install the crankcase ventilation tube and connect at two locations.





99. Connect the vacuum line to the EGR valve.





100. 0. Reposition the fuel charging wiring and install the bolts.





101. 1. Connect the fuel charging wiring to the idle air control valve.





102. 2. Connect the fuel charging wiring to the differential pressure feedback EGR.





103. 3. Connect the fuel charging wiring to the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.





104. 4. Connect the fuel charging wiring to the radio ignition interference capacitor.





105. 5. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the throttle position sensor.





106. 6. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the generator.





107. 7. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the camshaft position sensor.





108. 8. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the cylinder head temperature sensor jumper.





109. 9. Connect the generator battery cable and tighten the nut.





110. Connect the isolation valve jumper to the fuel charging wiring electrical connector and reposition on the upper generator support bracket.





111. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the engine coolant temperature sensor.





112. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the fuel temperature sensor.





113. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the fuel pressure sensor.





114. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connectors to the eight ignition coils and the eight fuel injectors.

All Engines





115. Connect the EGR tube to the exhaust manifold connector.





116. Connect the electrical connector to the Engine Oil Pressure sensor (EOP) and the Power Steering Pressure (PSP) switch.





117. Install the oil bypass filter.





118. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the A/C compressor.





119. Connect the fuel charging wiring electrical connector to the CKP sensor.





120. NOTE: Only three bolts are required for installation.

Install the power steering pump.
^ Position the power steering pump.
^ Install the bolts.





121. Position the power steering reservoir and install the two studs and one bolt.
122. Install the drive belt.
123. Install the battery cables and the bolt.
