EGR Tube: Service and Repair
REMOVAL1. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
1 Disconnect the intake air bypass hose.
2 Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation hoses.
3 Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
2. Disconnect the tube from the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.
3. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback EGR sensor hoses from the EGR tube.
4. Remove the ignition coil.
5. Disconnect the rear heated exhaust gas oxygen sensor electrical connector.
1 Detach the electrical connector.
2 Disconnect the electrical connector.
6. Detach the wiring harness.
7. Disconnect the EGR valve tube and remove it.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
