Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Remove the radiator lower hose tube.





3. Remove the oil level indicator.





4. Remove the nut.





5. Remove the oil level indicator tube.
^ Use a twisting motion to remove the tube from the lower cylinder block.

Installation





1. NOTE: Inspect O-ring seal prior to installing the oil level indicator tube.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
