Liftgate - Does Not Release Or Pop-Up: Overview

ISSUE
The following are concerns that may arise with the liftgate:

^ Liftgate latch not releasing using interior release or RKE transmitter.

^ Does not "pop up" when unlocked

^ Misalignment

^ High closing efforts

There are a variety of causes which together or individually may contribute to each/all of these conditions.

ACTION
Reposition the power actuator, inspect for latch assist spring, and/or inspect liftgate struts. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
