Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the strut and spring assembly.





2. Use Spring Compressor to compress the rear spring to relieve the tension on the piston rod nut.





3. Remove the rear shock absorber insulator.
1 Remove the rear shock absorber top mounting cover.
2 Remove the piston rod nut.
3 Remove the retainer.
4 Remove the rear shock absorber insulator.

4. Remove the spring compressor.





5. Separate the rear strut and the rear spring.
1 Remove the rear shock absorber dust boot.
2 Remove the stopper seat.
3 Remove the rear spring.
4 Remove the rear shock insulator.





ASSEMBLY
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
