Parking Brake Warning Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the console.





2. Disconnect the parking brake switch electrical connector.





3. Remove the parking brake switch.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the parking brake switch.

INSTALLATION





1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Verify that the brake warning indicator illuminates when the ignition switch is on and the parking brake control is pulled up one notch. Adjust the switch as needed.
