Seat Belt Bolt Bit:

Special Tools

REMOVAL
1. Remove the quarter window trim panel.




2. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the rear safety belt lower anchor bolt.




3. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the rear safety belt upper guide.




4. Use Safety Belt Bolt Bit to remove the rear safety belt retractor bolt.

INSTALLATION










1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:
- Make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted prior to installation.
- Ensure that after the rear safety belt retractor is installed, the retractor is not stuck in the Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) mode.
- Perform the Functional Test to ensure that the new retractor operates properly; refer to Component Test. Component Tests and General Diagnostics
