Fuel Tank Mounting Straps: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.







2. Place Hi-Lift Jack under the fuel tank.







3. Remove the two fuel tank support strap bolts.







4. Remove the two fuel tank support strap bolts.
1. Remove the support strap bolts.
2. Position the liquid vapor discriminator aside.
5. Lift the fuel tank support strap pins out of the recessed holders and remove the fuel tank support straps.












INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
