A/C High Pressure Safety Valve

REMOVAL
1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery
2. Raise and support the vehicle.







3. Remove the screws and the radiator air deflector.







4. Remove the A/C compressor pressure relief valve.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
- Lubricate the O-ring seal with PAG Compressor Oil Motorcraft YN-12b F2AZ-19577-AC or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
