Removal and Installation

INTEGRAL
The integral fluid cooler is housed within the radiator and is not serviced separately. If the integral fluid cooler replacement becomes necessary, the entire radiator should be replaced.

AUXILIARY
Removal
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove four screws and separate power steering fluid cooler from transaxle auxiliary fluid cooler.
3. Loosen two hose clamps and disconnect transaxle fluid cooler tubes from transaxle auxiliary fluid cooler.
4. Remove two nuts, two bolts and transaxle auxiliary fluid cooler from radiator core support.

Installation
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.

Auxiliary Cooler:





2. Tighten nuts and bolts to 5-6 Nm (45-53 in lb). Check transaxle fluid level when installation is complete.
