Driven Sprocket

INSPECTION





1. Inspect bearing race to verify it has not moved out of position or become scored.
2. Inspect driven sprocket speed sensor wheel for damage. Service as required.
3. Inspect bearing on inside diameter of driven sprocket shaft bottom. Service as required.

DISASSEMBLY





1. Remove and discard drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal and O-ring.
2. Inspect bearing race for wear.





3. Remove and discard turbine shaft front seal.

ASSEMBLY








1. Install new drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal and O-ring.

CAUTION: Seals and O-rings must be installed correctly.








2. Install new turbine shaft front seal.

CAUTION: Seal rings must be installed correctly.
