Left Side

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Raise vehicle on hoist.
3. Remove dual converter Y pipe.
4. Remove exhaust manifold retaining nuts from LH cylinder head studs.
5. Remove LH exhaust manifold and exhaust manifold gasket from engine.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.

NOTE: New exhaust manifold gasket must be used if exhaust manifold is removed.





2. Tighten exhaust manifold retaining nuts to 18-22 Nm (13-16 ft. lbs.) in sequence shown for LH exhaust manifold.
