Oil Pressure Sender: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.

NOTE: The oil pressure sensor is located in the LH side of cylinder block.

2. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring from the oil pressure sensor.
3. Remove the oil pressure sensor from cylinder block.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.





2. Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 12-16 Nm (9-12 ft. lbs.).
