Parking Brake Control: Description and Operation

An independent foot-operated parking brake control actuates the rear brake shoe and lining through a cable system.
- To release the parking brake, a parking brake release handle extends from the lower portion of the instrument panel, left of the steering column. Pull on this handle to release the parking brake.
