OASIS
OASIS will be activated for VIN's of vehicles having the affected on/off switches installed for which Ford has this information (VIN's for installations unknown or not reported to Ford will not appear in OASIS.)

CLAIMS SUBMISSION
Enter claims using DWE. See ACESII Manual, Sections 5 and 6.

WARRANTY AND POLICY MANUAL
Observe "Time Recording" policy in the Warranty and Policy Manual Section 1.

SPECIAL CLAIMING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VEHICLES NOT ON OASIS
If you provide this recall service for an eligible "unidentified" (to Ford) vehicle and the VIN is not on OASIS, report the VIN to and obtain authorization to submit the claim from the Ford representative at 1-800-325-5621.
