EGR Electronic Vacuum Regulator Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect engine control sensor wiring from EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.
2. Disconnect main emission vacuum control connector from EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.
3. Remove retaining nuts and EGR vacuum regulator solenoid from bracket located at rear of upper intake manifold.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten retaining nuts to 3.0-5.5 Nm (27-48 lb-in).
3. Tighten bracket bolt to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in).
