Right Side

REMOVAL
1. Remove the generator and the generator mounting bracket.
2. Remove the three way catalytic converter.
3. Remove the RH halfshaft support bearing retainer bracket.
4. Remove the RH HO2S.
5. Raise and support the vehicle.





6. Remove the generator mounting bracket.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the bracket.





7. Remove the nuts and remove the EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.





8. Remove the nuts in the sequence shown and remove the RH exhaust manifold and gasket.
- Discard the gasket.

INSTALLATION








1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:
- A new exhaust manifold gasket must be installed if the manifold is removed.
- Torque in the sequence shown.
