Stall Condition
1. Leave vehicle sit overnight.2. Start the vehicle after an overnight soak.
3. Shift the transaxle into Drive after 10 seconds.
4. Allow engine to stabilize in Drive for 15 seconds and then shift back into Park.
5. Allow engine to stabilize in Park for 10 seconds and then shift back into Drive.
6. Repeat Steps 3 through 5 until Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) reaches 38°C (100°F) using New Generation Star (NGS) Tester to read ECT. If vehicle stalls on transaxle engagement, reprogram the PCM using the latest update CD-ROM. Refer to the following PCM Cross Reference Chart for correct PCM usage.
