Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Check the customer concern by operating the wiper and washer system.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage; review the following chart.

Mechanical
^ Missing or damaged wiper blade
^ Stuck wiper arm pivot shaft
^ Empty windshield washer reservoir
^ Bent hoses
^ Blocked washer nozzles
^ Float in windshield washer reservoir stuck

Electrical
^ Fuse 20 (10 A)
^ Wiper motor
^ Windshield washer pump
^ Loose connector
^ Wiper switch
^ Damaged wiring harness
