Flow of Diagnosis

INSPECTION AND VERIFICATION
1. Verify the customer concern by operating the ignition switch, multi-function switch and/or wiper/washer switch.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage:
Mechanical
^ Damaged ignition switch.
^ Damaged multi-function switch.
^ Damaged wiper/washer switch
Electrical
^ Fuse(s).
^ Damaged wire harness.
^ Loose or corroded connectors.
