Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the headlamps.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage; review the following chart:

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Damaged light switch
^ Damaged directional indicator switch

Electrical
^ Failed fuse(s)
^ Damaged wire harness
^ Loose or corroded connectors
^ Headlamp bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and Symptom Chart(s)
