1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Check for concerns with the following:

Visual Inspection Table

Mechanical
- Engine/bay or underbody components
- Fluid levels
- Service items
- Accessory installation

Electrical
- Fuses
- Connections
- Instrument Cluster
- Wiring Harness
- Circuitry

3. If the concern is not evident proceed to the Symptom Chart.
