Thermostat Housing: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Disconnect the thermostat hoses.





3. Disconnect the coolant temperature sensors electrical connectors.





4. Disconnect the coolant hose.





5. Remove the thermostat housing.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the housing.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.





2. Refill the cooling system.
