Lever Replacement

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle.








2. Remove the heat shield front bolt and the middle-(RH) bolt.








3. Remove the heat shield rear bolt and the middle (LH) bolt.





4. Remove the transmission gearshift rod-to-shift lever nut.





5. Remove the transmission gearshift lever clamp and the transmission gearshift rod and clevis.





6. Remove the gearshift lever knob.





7. Remove the shift console5.





8. Pry out the transmission gearshift lever support shaft spring and remove the gearshift lever.

















INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
