Assembly

NOTE: Whenever a bearing has been removed, a new bearing must be installed.





1. Use a (A) press and (B) Differential Bearing Cone Replacer T88C-77000-EH to install the (C) speedometer drive gear and the (D) bearing.





2. Use a (A) press and (B) Differential Bearing Cone Replacer T88C-77000-EH to install the (C) bearing.





3. Install the differential pinion thrust washers and differential pinion gears.





4. Install the differential pinion shaft.





5. Install and crimp the pinion shaft lock pin.





6. Install the differential side gear thrust washers and differential side gears.
