OTA - Engine Idle Speed Test

- Drive the vehicle until normal operating temperature is reached.
- Validate that the engine idle speed is within specification. Refer to Powertrain Management for specification and adjustment of engine idle.
- When engine idle speed is within specification Proceed to operational test OTB.
