Shift Cable: Adjustments

1. Loosen the transmission range switch cable nut with the gearshift lever in the PARK (P) position.





2. Manually move the shift cable rearward as far as possible.





3. Check the cable for any tension or restriction of movement and then tighten the transmission range switch cable nut to specification.
