Removal

1. Install the Three-Bar Engine Support D88L-6000-A or equivalent.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.





3. Remove the tire and wheel assemblies.





4. Remove the LH splash shields.
(1) Remove six splash shield bolts and clip.
(2) Remove both splash shields as an assembly.





5. Remove the transaxle case plug and washer and
drain the transaxle fluid. Discard the washer.





6. Remove the front wheel driveshaft and joints.





7. Carefully pry the differential seal from the transaxle case.
