Fluid Line/Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the two fluid cooler tube clamp bolts on the bottom of the radiator.





2. Remove the upper and lower fluid cooler tube banjo bolts and discard the four copper crush washers.

NOTE: Place a drain pan under the fluid cooler inlet tubes to catch the fluid.





3. Remove the fluid cooler inlet tubes from the transaxle by opening the spring type clamps and sliding them away from the transaxle fittings.








INSTALLATION
To install, reverse the removal procedure noting the following:





- Align the (A) marks on the fluid cooler inlet tubes prior to the installation of the spring type clamp.
- When reinstalling the spring type clamps, position them on the exact imprint left originally.
- Fill the transaxle to the specified level.
