Disassembly

1. Remove the 2-4 band servo retainer.
(1) Remove the 2-4 band servo retainer snap ring.
(2) Remove the 2-4 band servo retainer.





2. Remove the servo piston.
(1) Remove the servo piston clip.
(2) Remove the servo piston assembly and servo piston spring.

NOTE: Use a C-clamp to compress the servo cover before removing the servo piston clip.





3. Remove the (A) orifice holder, (B) washer, (C) orifice check spring, and (D) orifice valve.





4. Remove the 2-4 band.





5. Secure the 2-4 band with a small piece of wire to keep the 2-4 band from stretching.
