Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION






1. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor electrical connector.






2. Disconnect the (A) crankcase air check valve hose and the (B) brake boost aspirator vacuum hose.






3. Loosen the two (A) air cleaner outlet tube hose clamp screws and remove the air cleaner outlet tube.






4. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten clamps to 3.5-4 Nm (30-35 lb in).
