Fuel Tank Mounting Straps: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Raise and support the vehicle.






2. Remove the middle pipe shield bolts and remove the middle pipe shield.






3. Place a hi-lift jack under the fuel tank.






4. Remove the two fuel tank support strap bolts.
5. Lift the fuel tank support strap pins out of the recessed holders and remove the fuel tank support straps.






6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
