2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

- Damaged cigar lighter socket and retainer
- Damaged cigar lighter knob and element

Electrical
- Blown fuse:
- 20A CIGAR
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections

3. If the fault is not visually evident, verify the symptom and refer to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
