REMOVAL
1. Discharge and recover the refrigerant from the system. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Discharging and Recovery, Discharging and Recovery





2. Disconnect the A/C pressure transducer electrical connector.





3. Disconnect the front and rear condenser to evaporator tube spring lock coupling.

CAUTION: Plug all ports to prevent contamination from dirt or moisture.





4. Disconnect the front condenser to evaporator tube spring lock coupling.

CAUTION: Plug all ports to prevent contamination from dirt or moisture.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Leak test the A/C system.
