Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the accessory drive belt (8620) and the drive belt tensioner (6B209).
3. Raise and support the vehicle.
4. Remove the RH splash shield.





5. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt and the crankshaft pulley.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the crankshaft pulley and tighten to 110-130 Nm (81-96 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the accessory drive belt.
3. Install the RH splash shield.
