Brake Pressure Differential Valve Test Without ABS






1. Connect a gauge set as shown.
2. Bleed the brake system.
3. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 1,961 kPa (284 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 1,961 kPa ±196 kPa (284 psi ±28 psi). If not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve in question.
4. Press the brake pedal until the front brake pressure is 5,884 kPa (850 psi). The rear brake pressure should be 2,476 kPa ±196 kPa (398 psi ±28 psi). If not as specified, replace the brake pressure differential valve in question.
