Intake Air Duct: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Loosen engine air cleaner tube clamps (9C632) on air cleaner outlet tube (9B659).
2. Disconnect crankcase ventilation hoses (6853) from air cleaner outlet tube fittings.
3. Disconnect the engine control sensor wiring (12A581) from the intake air temperature sensor (IAT)(12A697).
4. Remove air cleaner outlet tube from mass air flow sensor (MAF)(12B579) and throttle body (9E926).

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten engine air cleaner tube clamps to 2 Nm (17 inch. lbs.).
