Tachometer: Description and Operation

The tachometer:
- Receives its signal from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and displays engine rpm (in thousands).
- Indicates engine rpm by the numbers and bars that represent 500 rpm.
- Display indicates 0-7000 rpm.
