Pulley, Crankshaft
REMOVAL1. Disconnect battery ground cable. Refer to Starting and Charging.
2. Remove accessory drive belt.
3. Raise and support vehicle.
4. Remove RH front wheel and tire assembly. Refer to Steering and Suspension.
5. Remove four crankshaft pulley to damper retaining bolts and remove crankshaft pulley.
INSTALLATION
1. Inspect engine front cover and crankshaft seal for damage or leaks. Service or replace components as necessary.
2. Install crankshaft pulley and install four retaining bolts.
3. Tighten retaining bolts to 40-55 Nm (30-40 ft. lbs.).
4. Install RH wheel and tire assembly.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Install drive belt and check for proper routing and engagement in the pulleys.
7. Connect battery ground cable.
8. Start engine and check for oil leaks.
