DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove outboard front wheel driveshaft joint.





2. Position Front Sensor Ring Remover/Replacer T88P-20202-A on a press. Position front wheel driveshaft joint on tool.





3. With front wheel driveshaft joint positioned on tool, use press ram to apply pressure to front wheel driveshaft joint and remove front brake anti-lock sensor indicator.





ASSEMBLY

CAUTION: Extra care should be taken not to damage the front brake anti-lock sensor indicator during installation. If teeth are damaged, brake performance will be affected.

1. With Front Sensor Ring Remover/Replacer positioned on press, place front brake anti-lock sensor indicator on tool.





2. Position front wheel driveshaft joint in Front Sensor Ring Remover/Replacer. Allow front wheel driveshaft joint to rest on front brake anti-lock sensor indicator.





3. With front wheel driveshaft joint installed in tool, place a steel plate across front wheel driveshaft joint back face. Press front wheel driveshaft joint until it bottoms out in tool. The front brake anti-lock sensor indicator will be properly positioned when bottomed out in tool.
