Front

DESCRIPTION - The front disc brakes consist of:
^ pin slider-type disc brake caliper assemblies.
^ vented disc brake rotors.
^ brake shoe and lining.
^ disc brake caliper anchor plate.

ROTOR - The front disc brake rotor:
^ has a cast iron top hat design.
^ has braking surfaces that are separated by nondirectional cooling fins.
^ has a diameter of 260 mm (10.25 inches).
^ is mounted to the wheel hub.

CALIPER -The disc brake caliper consists of:
^ pin slider-type front disc brake caliper housing.
^ Disc brake caliper locating pins retain the disc brake caliper to the disc brake caliper anchor plate.
^ an anchor bracket attached to the front wheel knuckle with two M12 bolts.
^ caliper piston, dust boot and piston seal.
^ brake shoe and lining.

BRAKE SHOE AND LININGS
^ The inboard brake shoe and lining is held in the disc brake caliper by a clip on the brake shoe and lining.
^ The outboard brake shoe and lining is held by a spring clip to the disc brake caliper anchor plate.
