Seals and Gaskets: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove the front wheels.
3. Drain the transmission fluid.
4. Remove right and/or left front wheel driveshaft and joint.





5. Remove the differential fluid seal(s) using Converter Seal Remover T94P-77000-B and Impact Slide Hammer T50T-100-A. Discard the seal(s).





INSTALLATION
1. Use Output Seal Replacer T86P-1177-B to tap in the differential seal.
2. Install right and/or left front wheel driveshaft and joints.
3. Install the front wheels.
4. Remove drain pan and any obstructions and lower vehicle.
5. Refill transaxle with specified fluid.
