Fluid Line/Hose: Service and Repair

1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove radiator air deflector.
3. Support radiator.
4. Remove RH radiator support bracket. Position a drain pan underneath cooler tubes at radiator.
5. Disconnect inlet and outlet transmission cooler tubes at the radiator tank.
6. Remove cooler tube from support bracket at transaxle pump housing.
7. Disconnect inlet and outlet transaxle cooler tubes at transaxle.
8. Remove cooler tubes from front support bracket.
9. Remove cooler tubes.
10. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten fittings to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).
